1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpenBot Cloud and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid features.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage or security controls, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the Service to facilitate illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for your content and for reviewing the outputs of agents before relying on them.
The Service may connect to third-party agents and tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. You are responsible for configuring permissions and monitoring connected accounts.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy or where required by law. You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
6. Intellectual property
OpenBot and its licensors own the Service, including its software, branding, and related materials. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Agent outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; you should independently verify them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, or fail to pay amounts due. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you have questions about these Terms, contact the OpenBot team through the contact method provided on the website.
